Does this chimney installation look OK?

I would like an opinion before I have the local WETT inspector come by....this is how the previous owner had it installed.

It LOOKS OK, but you need to check that the specified clearance to combustibles (CTC) is met,
based on the venting manufacturer's installation guidelines.
