Hi,

We cleaned and moved the pellet stove a few inches last night. We are now having a no ignition issue. The auger drops pellets into the fire pot but wont ignite. I lit the pellets with a blow torch to see what would happen once it got to an operating temp. We are unable to change the settings on the key pad from 1 through to 6. The blower speed did not seem to increase when it got warmer. I didn't let the exhaust temps get above 200. I shut it down properly.

Looked in the igniter tube. Looks like the centre of a tire rim. No blockage.

Without an error code appearing it's hard to try to trouble shoot.

Any suggestions / ideas?
Thanks

Make sure the wire to the controller did not pop out or the wires loose on the ignitor..whats it do when you plug in the stove?

Hi,

On plugging it in, the software version code comes up.

Nope. Nothing.

SBI contacted us the same day we emailed about the no ignition. Sending a new ignitor. Yay SBI for being quick to respond.

Cheers
H.
