Does anybody know if a Ecoteck will run if you light off pellets in the burn pot because of a bad igniter
 
Yep, when the pot fills and starts the fan get the blow torch into the pile and get a nice ball of glowing pellets about the size of a walnut and shut the door. Should almost instantly start then.

Thank you Bioburner. My igniter is fine but I’ve always been curious as how to start the stove should the igniter fail, thanks again….
