Empress stopped burning

Woke up this morning, and our brand new Empress insert stopped burning overnight. The burnpot was full of pellets and the fan was blowing. This stove has had about 10 bags of pellets through it, and I have been keeping with vacuuming it out. Any suggestions here?

It's brand new, I would call the dealer, that's what warranties are for

Sounds like the stove didn't auto light. Suspect the burn pot liner needs a cleaning (all holes open).
If the burn pot liner is clean manually light the stove and get a burn going. If runs as expected the igniter circuit could be suspect.

I am going to call the dealer in a little bit. I will try to relight it when I get home, but the burn pot is not at all clogged.

I will lose the fire when the stove runs on low. It is very erratic as to how long it will run on the low setting, despite adjusting the air inlet. The light flashes, I turn power off then back on and it's fine.

Does your stove have a tinny rattle noise? Not a lot of these stoves in the forum so it is good to find someone else that has one.

The lowest setting on these stoves can sometimes be just a smidge too low if the draft is set too high. The draft can easily be set high enough that the last few burning pellets will be blown right out of the firepot. On some later stoves, the feed setting for the #1 (low) position can be adjusted. Check your book...

There's also another thing: lift your burnpot liner out and check underneath, in the heavy burnpot itself. If that isn't clean, then it can interfere with the way the liner sets in and your fire can be blown out. Yes, check the burnpot to make sure it's clean. You will get carbon buildup along one side of the liner; this has to be chipped out about once a week for best lighting and best burning.

Yep. I cure mine by just touching the doors toward closed a bit. It's a vibration mode in the doors. You can gently bend the spring that holds the doors closed and make it less frequent also. Or you can run with the doors wide open for a view of the fire.

So my rattle comes from the sheet metal that sits on top of the heat exchanger and below the pellet bin...
