We have had this stove for years. Stove has been fine up until very recently. Black soot all around the glass door, and no real heat coming from the unit. After running about 10 bags of Home Depot Stove Chow this happened. I replaced the door gasket last year. The odd thing is it ran for weeks fine prior to the Stove Chow pellets. We were in a pinch and used them. Any advice is great.
