Not sure this is apples to apples, but I am trying to decide between the Englander wood insert or the regency I2400. The concern is the size of the firebox and whether it will provide enough heat. It looks like the regency firebox is about a third bigger. Also the regency seems to have a better warranty although other threads are positive for englander customer service. Existing fireplace opening is 22h x 35w.
