Will need a whole lot more information
than that .
Type of pellets
are there pellets in the burn pot not burned
Last time full cleaning
and so on

Basically cleaned every week only used 10 days total what I figured out depending on what pellets I use it shuts down when I put the heat setting on 1 or 2. Question I have how does the low limit switch get reset? The manual lets you know it shuts down but does not tell you how to reset when that happens

Low limit switch have no reset they are factory set
at a temp . If you are not running the stove hot enough
to maintain that temp or higher the stove thinks there
is no fire and shuts down . If you only need small
amounts of heat use a thermostat so it turns on
when heat is needed and off when set temp. has been reached

Still not much info. Are u getting an error flashing light? Proof of fire is flashing 3. From a cold start, turn it on and what happens? Does the combustion blower come on? Does the daughter board light up? Again look for any error light flashing. Flashing 2 is vacuum related. You mention stove is 2 months old? Where is installer/dealer help? Is the magnet in the right spot on the sliding top lid? Of course, the lid does need to be closed for it to feed, due to this magnet operates a switch on the controller board (daughter board). Let us know,,,

Yes flashing #3 and yes dealer coming Monday but not getting along with him very well. Cold start blower comes on no pellets dropping. Had an issue with the magnet that’s my guess

On the 4100 board flashing # 3 is a temperature sensor problem

Yes, flashing 3 is POF, but because the startup didn't go (no feeding/ignition), the flashing 3 is just saying POF not achieved, then it goes into shutdown. If initial feed did not happen after comb blower starts, then a vacuum issue, jammed auger, or prob magnet issue... Good luck with her.

Ok so once again was experiencing shut downs No pellets dropping. Finally opened up to check auger seemed jammed.Starting to think possible pellet problem. Both pellets I bought were from Lowe’s the Greene team seem to be fine but when I put there other brand in I seem to get jammed. Is that possible and if so why?

It is possible if the pellets have a high moisture content then they can swell and clog the drop chute. Also if the pellets are longer than the PFI specs they can bridge and stop the pellets from falling into the auger chute from the hopper. I would also pull the auger and check for auger pox from the splatter of a sloppy weld where they weld the flight fins to the auger shaft. This happens at the factory and all new and older stoves should be checked for this. Then I would examine the bronze oillite bearing to see if there is any black carbon build up inside where the auger turns in it. That is all. :)
BTW - That magnetic hopper lid switch can be unplugged from the hi limit switch to bypass it.
Also I recommend that you add lock washers under the bolts that hold the bracket onto the hopper lid. They get loose from the vibration and then it is hard to close the hopper lid and mess up the magnet lid switch!
Your dealer may have told you all this. :)

Auger Pox can also be in the Auger Chute, see below!
This is how we handle Auger Pox!
