Excessive exhaust smell after stove has been running

I am preparing my stove for winter. After the stove is running the exhaust smell is so bad my eyes burn. I can't find any smoke coming from anywhere.

Hope you have a carbon monoxide detector close by just in case

Everything was cleaned last week. The unit is a tasman 40,000.
