Came across this deal on Grainger this morning, I ordered 1 and thought many some others could take advantage of it.

https://www.grainger.com/search?searchQuery=3zw32

$10 for a 165::F fuselink fire damper is a deal.

I will be using this to blow cold air down from an upstairs room to the room my insert is in through the ceiling. I will get a computer fan and put it on top of this so it should be pretty quiet.

Hope this helps you guys get compliant with fire codes and be safe.

I wonder if it matters or not that this unit is meant for being installed in duct work,,,, not sure if it would be kosher to use it in a means it wasn't designed for?
