Cleaned thoroughly and replaced burn pot gaskets and exhaust blower gasket, Burn pot keeps overfilling with ash. After 8hrs on low setting the burn pot is full.
Any ideas would be appreciated
Thanks

Welcome to the forums Rusty.
almost every stove out there does not burn well on low settings, especially with a lot of the pellets being highly dirty/ashy this year. you may have to scrape out the burn pot more often than recommended by the owners manual.

It also happens on higher settings, here’s a pic after 8 hrs

How old is the stove? combustion blower working as it should? you say you cleaned it thoroughly! did you get all the nooks and cranny's from the burn pot through the inside of the stove to the exhaust fan ? is the fan blades clean? you have a major air flow problem. the stove is plugged up or the chimney is. open the damper

Do you think I should replace the door gasket also, the blower seems to be working
