Good or bad. No flames in the firebox and the cat is only at 1500. Temp right now is about 400. Be wooried or not? Help

This happens sometimes inside the screen of the stainless "air scoop"/ heat shield in my Fireview. Woodstock said it's okay. . .not considered flame impingement of the cat unless flames are getting sucked into the cat with too much draft.
