I am looking to get a probe to monitor my flue temp. Plan to hook it up to a Mypin controller. Suggestions on the best one? Don't want to mess around with cheap/unreliable ones...do it once and do it right! Thanks in advance.

I read your OP wrong. Yes, get the controller mentioned above. For a probe, a simple K type probe is all you need.
