Furnace Draft Inducer Motor

I have a Fasco draft inducer/exhaust motor assy on my Utica propane boiler I need to replace and am having trouble cross referencing it to another Fasco or other brand.. Fasco model 7021-6769. Any ideas? Thanks

Had one replaced on our york furnace last year. Would have been over $600 if it wasn't under warranty.
