I've got a few small tulip that I'm gonna cut up for kindling and small, short fires. I cut a little the other day for the first time and man that stuff is light even cut green. How long does it take poplar to dry out? Pics Coming Later this morning

I've cut and split in June and burned in October. It dries pretty fast once split.

I give poplar a year. I cut a ton of it, you could probably go less being in a hotter climate. I dont like the smoke from semi seasoned poplar. Its nasty.
