I love this site, but it seems to be so darn slow, I get frustrated and leave to search for 1970 Chevy truck parts instead of Pellet Stove tips, hints and tricks...

Or am I dreaming this?

Whole Site was revamped this weekend.... could just be a temp slowdown...

Or since pellet season is upon us, the increased number of people accessing the site has slowed things down.

Hopefully, this is the case

I recall similar speed from last season.

New servers etc and updates. Started switch Friday night. Slowly getting better. Been a PIA for this moderator.

I had a lot of issues initially, especially with Firefox bring up old pages saying the site was offline. Running much better after doing an ipconfig /flushdns from command line.

We switched hosts, servers, moved up 3 versions of software to stay up to date and fix security holes. Traffic did spike at same time. Old server was not keeping up. Working on speed issues.

Hang in there webfish ... once the kinks are out, smooth sailing and a needed break for you;)

Would these upgrades have made more sense when traffic was slow to work out kinks?
I know I rarely check in when I'm out on the boat, and I would guess most others are similar during the off season.

Don't think webfish got much of a vacation this year trying to set this up ... glad you enjoyed the boat!
