Hampton GCI60 problems

Hello all. New member here
I’ve had this GCI60 for 3 years now and this thing always has some type of problem every year. This year it seems my agitator is not turning on the Premium fuel setting. However it turns on every other setting. Does it really turn that slow on premium fuel that I’m not seeing it?

It turns every 30 min on premium.

One way to check is to look at the rod on startup. It rotates a few turn as part of the startup process and then settles in at every 30 minutes. It greatly reduces the amount of ash and half burnt pellets in the ash pan.
