The stove interface comes on and works but the buttons aren't responsive. It seems to be stuck in the igniting mode which keep the ingniter going. What is the fix for this?

Have you unplugged to control to reset it?

Is the lock icon showing? If it is and you get it unlocked go into diagnostics and see if you can turn the igniter off. Baring either of those, your looking at a new control board or a new touch control. Is it on a surge protector and if so does the surge protector have a warranty that might cover the repair? If no surge protector, the stove probably took a hit.

How long after turning on does the igniter stay on? It never goes out after 10-15 minutes?
