My stove insert will not come out without pulling the entire insert with it. I have watched every how to video. When i unlatch the stove at thbottom on bith sides the insert should come out. When i pull it it does jot slide out it moves the entire assembly. I cannot see where it is stuck to the frame. Any suggestions?

The end of the latch has to be out of the hole in the frame.
