I have a Harman P-43 that I have been burning with no issues for about 4 years. I have always run it in "Room Temp" mode. This year, I wanted to try "Constant Burn" mode - and it ran well for several days that way. After about 3 days, I turned the control dial to "Off", and let it shut down - which it did. Just as I was going to open the door to clean it, the stove re-started by itself.
Is this normal?

No. Maybe the Room/Constant mode was slightly not in "Off" position, or that control needs cleaning, or replacement ( if possible on that board)..

I suspect the knob/potentiometer is flakey. I use Deoxit spray to clean them.
