Suggestions on who to send my circuit board to get the 2 control pots replaced...
 
Might be cheaper to buy the pots on Ebay and have a local cell phone and computer repair do the easy job

Whoever does it needs to have good soldering skills.
Replacing the pots should ideally be done by a skilled electronics repair person, or someone familiar with intricate board soldering.
A solder sucker is needed to remove the solder to get at the bent over tabs . The soldered joints run through both sides of the board and can be difficult to remove.
The board itself is fragile and easily ruined if this procedure is not done carefully.
