After cleaning my p38 today I noticed that the fan in back goes on every time pellets are fed into the burn pot. I thought it was the turbo fan that would only go on in turbo mode. Anyone know if that’s normal operation? Thanks Ed

Just found a thread on the auger fan and it’s supposed to come on and off when pellets are fed into the auger.

Not sure what fan you mean. The older auger motors had a little plastic fan on it and would turn when feeding..
