Sorry LW, I'm from Boston and know how that all works. By the way is it the tunnel that comes out in the North End or the new one that drops cement ceiling tiles on your head and leaks water? It might affect my price willing to pay

well, ok, its the "drops the tile" one, but hey, by now all the loose tiles fell, right? should be safe......

Pass.... I would touch a brand new tunnel when the old one that has been there as far back as I can remember was built better. And we thought corruption was bad back then....
