Hello - I recently purchased a new Hearthstone Heritage. They come from the factory with a top-exit flue but I need rear-exit. It's advertised as reversible flue but there's nothing in the manual about how to reverse to rear-exit and I can't seem to find anything online about it. Anyone have any insight into how to make this change?

Check page 12 of the manual.

In order to convert the Heritage from a top to rear or vice-versa, reach through the flue collar and remove the four ¼-20 hex head screws that mount the cover plate. Next, reach through the hole where the cover plate was and remove the four ¼-20 hex head screws that mount the flue collar. Exchange the two pieces and reattach the eight screws.

Did this a few weeks ago. Twas a bit of a pain to reach through the top to align the screws on the (now) rear exit flue collar. But you'll figure it out. If not obvious, go through the top to attach the rear collar first, then through the rear collar to attach the solid top. It's possible I used a small ratchet but don't remember now.
