I have a wood burning heatilator fireplace. We have a switch to turn on the fan and we can hear the (loud) fan blowing, but nothing is coming out of the front vents.

Are you suppose to feel air blowing out?

I tried to disasemble the walls to get into the area where the fan is, but I could not get the walls removed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
