Hi, we are looking to buy this Vermont casting but wondering if anyone can identify the type. It’s never been used. The front does not seem to open and it’s a top load for wood. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are looking to install into our open fireplace.

Looks like a Resolute.
Can you post a better pic of the entire unit?
Maybe from across the room?
Well we are picking up tomorrow so I can get a better picture then. Just trying to figure out how heavy it’s going to be and if possible to move it. We got a great price never been used and want to install into our fireplace opening.

Should be heavy but it can be moved after you cut the roots. I moved my Encore by myself with help from my wife, just have to use simple tools like levers and wheels.

Well we are picking up tomorrow
