Help, I'm trying to ID a fisher stove.

Hi all, my first time here. Great where google takes you! I'm in NZ and I'm wondering if anyone can help me ID a fire we have. Its a fisher stove, double glass door but damper is down underneath the door not in the fron like on the grandma models. Dimensions are width 20", height 23"and depth 22.5". I'm trying to sell it and I need to know a bit more about clearances etc so if anyone knows model and clearances or has access to a manual that would be grand! Has registration number on the back 8848. Cheers.

clearances here in the states would be defauld nfpa211, or national fire code

Hmmmm where do I find that? Also are there any manuals on this and do you know the model?
