HI,

I bought a house with a Jotul F3, we don't have a woodfire shop in town and I'm not sure what size rope to buy to seal the door?
Need to order it online and get it delivered. Can you please let me know if there is somewhere in Australia I can order the parts online?

Which model 3 version? F3 or F3CB?

There should be a tag on the back that says the model. A picture or two would also help with ID.

Here are the pictures. I couldn't see a plate at the back with the model number..

This is a later model F3. It looks like it will need both the door and the glass gaskets. Can't tell from the picture about how it is baffled. Does it have a secondary rack (many holes across the bottom of the baffle). Or do you know if this stove has a catalytic convertor in the back? The catalytic F3's used a 3/16" high density glass gasket (pt #200026) and it looks like 1/4" HD door gasket pt #200025. Your model and part numbers may vary, especially if European models are sold in your country. If so, the Jotul UK site may have your parts listed.
