Hello!
I recently purchased a house, and I am having an issue with the damper on my wood-burning Heatilator EL-36. It looks like the flat metal circle of the damper fell off at some point prior to us moving in, and I'm not sure how to put it back on. I will include two pictures that hopefully help. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!
Colt

It looks like the damper plate attached with rivets or screws (or spot welded?) The manual shows other parts involved in the damper kit. Are they missing? If so, a new damper kit is the safest repair.
