4 years, it runs greatMy non- pro opinion is that you look ok, from what can be seen in the pictures. I don’t see any cracks, which is good. Rust ( oxidation) happens due to heat in the firebox. How old is the stove?
Does it seem to run ok?
Looks extremely overfired but the patches look decent4 years, it runs great
I think it was in the first year. We discussed the baffle distortion back then. Since then, with better operation, it has been run well by all reports. It wasn’t overfired,
Thanks, how does the rails look? I been running it like this it’s a videoI think it was in the first year. We discussed the baffle distortion back then. Since then, with better operation, it has been run well by all reports.
Oh it absolutely was. You seem to have it under control now. But the inside of your stove looks used harder than most i see that are 20 years old.It wasn’t overfired,
Thank you did you see the video ?The overfiring was evident with the first posting on this stove. The top paint clearly showed it had gotten too hot. Fortunately, these are tough stoves and burning habits have changed. That's all good. It should continue to burn well now for many years.
I had this stove for a year, and it only gets my house to 65 degrees stove is in the basement, and I can’t get this thing to circulate the heat, I tried fans, I tried the blower nothing works, seems like all the heat is going to the ceiling, i added pictures of my this is my set up. Maybe someone can help me. Thank you. Oh. The stove temperature is 700 I have a liner in the chimney.

Thank you bud !!Looks a lot better. Like I said, these are tough stoves. Don't worry about it.
Question for you, do you have to take the baffle out every year to clean the fly ash that’s on top of the baffle ? or Can I just let it be ?. I know people remove the baffle to clean the chimney if it goes straight up.Looks a lot better. Like I said, these are tough stoves. Don't worry about it.
Just vacuum it from above when you pull the pipeQuestion for you, do you have to take the baffle out every year to clean the fly ash that’s on top of the baffle ? or Can I just let it be ?. I know people remove the baffle to clean the chimney if it goes straight up.
