Thanks guys. I know I was being a bit timid for my first attempt. I've already caught myself eyeing the pile in more of an attack state of mind. I'm going to give it another go on Monday.
Billb3, it's a great little saw. So far I have only cut stuff up to 8" in diameter, but it really grabs on and cuts through more quickly than I thought it would.
