I seem to be running my Neo with confidence these sub zero days. Getting use to the 2 stage burn.
I'd like to extend the ash lip up an inch or so, rivet it or weld it on and make an extension with a decent lip for the very short hearth plate that extends only 3 inches or so from the door level. . I get embers falling out often if I'm not careful or the ashes have accumulated to high. Has anyone tried this?
Shouldn't be too hard.
