Anything I can try to get it working again. I have been manually lighting it by soaking some pellets in tiki oil and wrapping them in a paper towel. Whenever I need to scrape the burn pot its such a pain to relight

My igniter went out on my Englander 25PDV and I just put a hand full of pellets in the burn pot and use a plumbers torch and light it that way. Works well instead of soaking the pellets with fuel. Leave the door open enough to get the nozzle of the torch in and when they start on fire close the door and the stove takes over from there.
Is the igniter still glowing or just burned out now and need replacement? Igniter is accessed from the rear of stove after removing cover around the air intake according to manual.
