Had frozen pipes today .It froze at a new place (not the usual places as in the past)

After some frustration, thought hay that thing reads to -50

Didn't take long to find ; )

Yep it will work on a lot of different things. Before I retired I would use one on the chillers for the cat scanners. I would document a lot of readings when in normal operation and then use it for trouble shooting.

That is a drag on the pipes hope you get it fixed right away.

Lol. I used mine to check the temperature of the baby bottle this morning. I don't know if getting the infrared thermometer is a blessing or a curse.
