installing thermostat on harman xxv

first i would like to say thank you for the great sight.i would like to install a set back thermostat on stove it would
be nice while we are sleeping instead of adjusting knob on stove. i was just wondering if it can be done. also
no matter what happens to harman still a nice stove. and i no there is alot of debate on this sight about saving money while
burning pellets but i would raether give the money to some mill instead of the gas co. also my wife and i love the nice heat . also trying to go green.
