Wondering if anyone's been here?

(broken image removed)

Best way to connect a double or single wall flue into here?

Would it be an option to tapper a piece of twin wall at 45 degrees to enter central flue? (Using 5" twin wall - the opening pictured above is 7" running into a 6" pumice liner.)

Further details (broken link removed to http://www.oldmap.co.uk/Isokern45.php) . . .

Thanks in anticipation for any advice.

Any liner at all in that chimney? Or is it pumice top to bottom?

Yes, it's a two part system. The inner section is an integral pumice liner at 6" diameter.

Yes, it's integral - a superb system that will probably outlast any metal liner x10 times - just a problem to connect into at anything other than vertical!
