Jamestown Model J1000B. Looking for 5-inch thimble.

Hi All.
I have a Jamestown Model J1000B with the original Air Intake Adapter with the 5” (127mm) double wall Air Pipe (number 3 on the diagram). The vent pipe is 3 inches. The original 5” (127mm) Wall Thimble is no longer available and I'm having a hard time finding one as an insulated 5 inch thimble seems uncommon for pellet stoves. Any suggestions?
