A pellet stove food dehydrator cabinet? The slight flaw in the design is they should not use the dirty toxic exhaust to dry the food! The clean heated room air would be a much better and safer choice. LOL

There is no control over the exhaust temp like the room heat has. so more care must be taken when routing the exhaust so as not to start a fire! LOL

The Wiseway pellet stove was invented for green houses which makes it a much better choice for growing plants.

What they are doing is running the exhaust in one side of a heat exchanger and out the other side to the chimney. Insane, but no gases in the wall box. Just your basic fire hazard.

EVL wrong before it gets outside,pipe in front of door and unprotected,stove airflow going to be low,exchanger will plug up fast,making stove plug up,etc,etc.By the way don, trager(and a few others) built gravity pellet stoves a long time ago,nobody wanted them.

First time I've seen a mishimoto (chinese knock-off fleabay go-fast part brand) intercooler used in that fashion!!

Silicone couplers (blue) making the connection...good for 600F maybe...

What if you take one of those intercoolers and put it safely into a pellet stove exhaust with a fan behind it? Would that be a real fancy heat reclaimer? Better than the old wood stove heat reclaimers?

The tubes have little tiny radiator fins inside them, I'd imagine they'd gunk up much like a heat reclaimer. These intercoolers do work alright as an air-air heat exchanger under pressure. But we're talking 400F charge air temps, and trying to bring as close to ambient as possible.

They could have at least sloped that long horizontal pipe upwards a little more.

But I guess since there are only Three 90 degree pipes it should draft just fine!
