The draft meter is at the post office addressed to you, good luck and let us know how it worked out. Add the 10" single wall to raise
the baro damper and you will need to drill a hole in the pipe to use the tester. I would just thread in a short bolt in the hole afterwards

Baro dampers add weight allows more, reduce draft lessens the weight
 
Thanks..So basically once i set the draft to .04 the barometric dampner will basically adjust to maintain that draft??
