Looking for help to find a part for my Vermont Castings natural gas fireplace.
Seems the previous owner had pulled a part which I assume is the air shutter?
The gas line come through the floor into a 90 degree fitting which is the natural gas orfice(I believe), then I'm missing the air shutter connector into the burner.

Heatec Brookfield DVR Natural gas
WH-1212

Location Canada if that matters.

You may need to take the burner, along with the burner orifice, to your local hearth shop & see if they can match what you have. The shutter will have to encapsulate the end of the burner tube & also seat on the orifice. If they can’t come up with the correct item, you may have to seek out a metalworking shop & have one fabricated to fit. Good luck!
