A local dealer has had his floor sample replaced twice . It seems the air wash system does not work very well.
He moved it in his show room where it had been near the Encore as the castings in comparison is a bit rustic,
not nearly as refined as the Encore or Jotul castings. What finnally got his attention is the top loading door hinge bound.
The stove has not presented itself well. Hopefully these manufacturing or engineering bugs will be worked out.

He also told me he is not pushing the stove for fear of future warranty work. Anybody else have anything to add

J/K :lol: Interisting about the top loading door hinge bound. Sounds like a quality control issue. ( and a casting or building issue )

That's really too bad. I had hopes for this stove, but wasn't willing to buy it in the first year of production. Let's hope they work the bugs out soon.
