Pellets 30 feet up on shelve. Could not see what pellet brand they had. Very strange. Its like they did not want to sell them. I asked an employee he said he "thinks" price is $239 a ton. He also said someone came in and purchased the entire tractor trailer load of 22 tons. Now that is a pellet pig.

You must call lowes corp. 1-800-445-6937 an report this to someone that can invest some time, and find out what kind of
Pellets they are, and why they were handled differently, than regular ordered Pellets.
Let all of us know what you are told. Ask for an e-mail answer for your questions, so you can document their answers.

Thanks, for the sail boat reminder, I do miss the edge, U KNOW------

I have called, customer service, and the mgr. will have an answer for you tomorrow.
You may be able to buy what you want, or at least have a choice. You may want to call before
you return to the store.
Good Luck

When I was there a couple weeks ago, they had 3 brands there..Greene Team, Cheat River and Nature's Own. The Nature's Own burns good in my Harman..good heat, average ash, but certainly more than acceptable for the price. If they were $239, then I'm thinking Nature's Own or Cheat River, if the stock is still consistent (which it may or may not be).

Thanks for your help and the time. It is always a surprise, to find the real premo under the tarp, for the standard price.
It makes it worth the time, when you are rewarded, for going that extra step.
Stay warm my friend!

As of yesterday morning Lowes in Poughkeepsie completely sold out. Honestly the entire truck load isn't a pig but A Hoarder. Lowes needs to limit there purchases so the little guy can heat there home.

If anyone finds out what the pellets are at Lowes in Highland, please let us know!
