While doing the research for purchasing all the materials for my installation I noticed that Home Depot and Lowes were mentioned very often, but not always having all the needed parts. This weekend we went to Menards to check what they have and to my surprise they had everything I needed including the cathedral support box, I had read that most other places had to order these. One other note prices were very reasonable. Hope this might help someone.

"Save big money at....." Oh, never mind. Menards is pretty much a midwest store as said above. Yep, carries the same stuff as the others mentioned (including stoves).
