New to this forum and finding it very informative. We have had this Mendota gas insert and Travis remote for three years and it has worked perfect. Now it works 90 percent of the time but intermittently the remote is dead. We can't even operate it manually. It is rather pricey to replace, so I would appreciate any ideas, opinions as to the cause. Thank you. Betsy.
