Went back in thinking I could mill about seven 2 x 10's from this downed pine branch, only milled four along with four one inch boards from another tree. Great day in the woods, 38 degrees with sun all day.

Oh wow that looks like a cool setup. I've got a similar thing going on, I've got a summer home lot( 5 acres) that I've been trying to figure out how to build a cabin on. Cost being a big factor. This has me thinking that I could mill my own wood and build whatever I wanted! I'll be watching your cabin build. Pat
