Did break in #3 today. This moisture appeared during start up. Normal?

I had moisture today also. I was wondering if that was normal as well.

It's not an issue. It's normal. Moisture from indoor humidity, moisture coming down the liner, moisture in the wood all can cause droplets to form.

+1 with the amount of rain in the northeast and crazy storms, plus the constant lack of sunshine I don't think you have anything to worry about.
