Also......has anyone got the convector version, the 3640, and do they think it would he worth adding the convector panels? For some reason, they don't sell the 3640 in the UK, but Morso said I could get the parts special ordered, if I want.
 
Congratulations on the nice new Morso and welcome. I like this model. The 3610 is what is sold here in the states. Not sure about the convector panels. Can you provide a link that shows this option?

Parts numbered 111 and 112 are 'Konvection Side Plate'. I can't find a picture of an actual 3640, even Morso uses the 3610 picture in their literatue, but if you look at the drawing in the link below you will notice the two side plates:
