My wood shed almost filled up!!

Hey everyone havent been on posting in some time hope everyone is doing well. Been busy working, hunting and of course c/s/s wood. Ran into a sweet set up a fellow does logging and most of his clients want the woods cleaned up so I have been cleaning the tops up for him. Lots of great wood mostly white oak, ash, shag bark, and walnut. Great part its free lol Another great thing is I dont have to mess with anything under 4" round so all the brush is left. Talk about getting lucky anyway here are some pics of the wood shed almost filled up its 12' by 18' and stacking the wood at about 6' should be plenty for the winter!! Picked up the 3020 this summer just in case

The 3020 is a sweet ride. Used to borrow the FIL's until my 2755 came along. My neighbor said he was very open minded and would serious look at any tractor that came along as long as it was a 3020 or 4020

Nice work Naandme. Looks good. The I am jealous of the "toys", I mean the work tools that you must have in order get that stuff done. :cheese: I have been looking around for an inexpensive used 4wd tractor with a loader. I want to get one and a trailer to pull behind it. Then I can use it for wood and the loader for moving snow/dirt and other material. Wife says I should wait one more year until we get a couple things paid off. (I hate it when I have to admit the wife is right.) So next fall it's going to be purchase time. I am going to try to have it to go into the woods then. Your wood shed looks like it will have good air movement with those boards on the sides. How do you like that four wheeler/trailer combo? The smaller size is an added advantage of getting around the woods. Have a good one.

Thanks everyone, Yes the tools make the work alot easier the 4 wheeler with the miltary trailer works great I can drag decent size logs with the 4 wheeler and the little trailer actually holds a decent amount of wood. About a half rick+ so makes it nice for moving it from stacks to shed or out of the woods to the big truck or trailer if we cant drive in the woods to the tops. I got this older grain truck and cut down the sides we use it for the wood hauling now because it has a dump bed saves from double handling the rounds. We use a winch mounted on a L-shped pipe and use tongs to load the bigger rounds we cant man handle, that really works out great. Plus is a back saver lol

Looks good to me and that is a good looking John Deere there as well. I am into the restoration projects with those.
