For fun - From my trip to SC
3) This is a trick question
#2 is a Chinese Chestnut........not sure on the others though!
#3 looks like an Indian Cigar Tree, also known as a Catalpa Tree
#1 looks like a Magnolia to me.
Defiant- aha! my trap is sprung. Note that there are 2 types of leaves- the smaller ones are attached to the plant with the beans (that was the trick)
OK definitely a Locust, black at that.
Here's a clue- there's 2 types of leaves in the picture (I knew I could be an ass with this one)
I don't even know. Pics online look like the persimmon doesn't have that heart shaped leaf
It's a Martian Persimmon. I saw one on my last interplanetary acid trip.
#3 is a :censor: wisteria tree
OK, I am stumped, what the frig is tree 3?
Bill is right
A wisteria vine hanging on a catalpa- the pods were actually the wisteria, not the catalpa! Took me a few when I saw it
So I had the correct tree initially??
You get half credit.
You had about 1/2 credit
