#2 is a Chinese Chestnut........not sure on the others though!
 
#3 looks like an Indian Cigar Tree, also known as a Catalpa Tree
 
#1 looks like a Magnolia to me.

Defiant- aha! my trap is sprung. Note that there are 2 types of leaves- the smaller ones are attached to the plant with the beans (that was the trick)
 
OK definitely a Locust, black at that.:)
 
It's a Martian Persimmon. I saw one on my last interplanetary acid trip. :rolleyes:
