I have had a Napoleon stove with a blower for about 15 years that has rattled for almost the whole time we have owned it....sometimes very loudly. I have a nail puller which I wedge between the back panel and the wall to make it stop, but even the I have to keep moving it around to different areas as the sound reoccurs.
I've tried replacing the blower and it didn't help.
Anyone ?

Sounds like it could be the rear heat shield that is rattling. Remove it and look for areas of possible metal contacting the rear shield.
