Finally bought 40 acres near Kila, MT and will be building a timber frame house (walk out basement and 1st/2nd Floor) about 2,000 sq ft. Trying to figure out the best heating system to use for the house. Would like to us a wood/propane hybrid system as we will have plenty of good quality wood, but would like to be able to run propane when we are away from the house to keep it from freezing. Also, Any suggestions from the MT folks on the forum for good installers/companies in the Kalispell area would be greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas all.
